.Online therapy is suitable for those who can provide their own private space where you will not be interrupted or overheard. I offer privacy from my own home so that your therapeutic work and our discussions are not interrupted.

Vsee offer the most secure provision, however, Zoom is also highly regarded. I do not use Skype.

Phone counselling is also offered.

I am offering consultations to answer your questions and to offer guidance to support your journey as a counsellor. My approaches are broadly integrative and I have a specialism which will suit those who are also following a path of spiritual development in their counselling work or who wish to do so. I offer ad hoc and one-off appointments and reduced rates for longer-term commitment. This is not counselling, it is a mutual discussion and can be offered as CPD.  All sessions are confidential.

Students in training as counsellors may qualify for a reduced fee.

working online does not exclude the use of creative approaches. Each of my clients who have worked online with me has enjoyed and benefitted from art therapy. You will need to provide your own materials and guidance will be given. Usually, A4 paper, sellotape, some pencils and a box of pastels is enough
